What is Lal Bahadur Shastri Scholarship 2018?

Lal Bahadur Shastri Scholarship 2018 invites applications from students studying in class 6 to 10 in
 various government schools across the country. This scholarship aims to provide financial support
to meritorious but underprivileged students who aspire of completing their education and serve t
he society.

Who can apply for this scholarship ?

To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:

• Be studying in class 6 to 10
• Be a student enrolled in a government or government-aided school
• Have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the previous examination
• Have a total family income not exceeding INR 3.5 lakhs per annum

What are the benefits ?

A total of 110 students will be selected who will receive a scholarship of INR 3000–4000 per annum.

How can you apply ?

Applicants can follow the below steps to apply:

Step 3: Login and go to the application link. Press the ‘APPLY’ button on the scholarship page.
Step 4: After signing in, click on the ‘START APPLICATION’ button to start filling the five-step
online application form.
